- 30 Mile Free Delivery and Set off onto Client's level, compacted base.
- Roof Frame: 80# load trusses. 7 /12 roof pitch spaced @ 16" on center. Synthetic Felt weather barrier over 7/16 OSB Roof Deck.
- Roof System: Apex style 28 gauge Metal with Ridge Cap, Gable & Eve Trims. Vented Ridge.
- Snow - guard around base of building. 28 gauge painted metal with upper Z trim, corner trim and base trims.
- Wall System: Premium Treated 5/8” siding with treated wood Battens. Sealed with Sherwin Williams Oil based Semi - Transparent Stain.
